Responsibilities include developing and executing access strategies, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with national vertical payer organizations to optimize patient access and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with first-line sales management preferred
  • 5+ years national PBM/payer account experience with rare disease/hematology/oncology preferred
  • Proven track record in payer coverage and contract negotiation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer-specific strategies aligning with product and organizational goals
  • Deliver value proposition and manage relationships with payer stakeholders
  • Lead interactions with key strategic accounts including clinical and contracting discussions
