💼 About This Role

You'll own customer success and revenue growth for a portfolio of accounts at Aircall, an AI-powered communications platform. You'll drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansions, renewals, and strategic partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage renewals and mitigate churn across your portfolio.
  • Prospect into accounts for upsells and new use cases.
  • Develop multi-layer stakeholder maps for key accounts.
  • Lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SaaS account management or customer success experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience with consultative selling and account planning.
  • Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B communications or AI software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments.
