💼 About This Role
You'll own customer success and revenue growth for a portfolio of accounts at Aircall, an AI-powered communications platform. You'll drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansions, renewals, and strategic partnerships.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage renewals and mitigate churn across your portfolio.
- Prospect into accounts for upsells and new use cases.
- Develop multi-layer stakeholder maps for key accounts.
- Lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of SaaS account management or customer success experience.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience with consultative selling and account planning.
- Strong skills in pipeline management and forecasting.

- Experience in B2B communications or AI software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
