You'll own the first contact and grow the sales pipeline for an AI companion for nurses, backed by a $50M Series A round. You'll identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach, setting the stage for Account Executives to close deals.   • Identify and research potential customers in healthcare
  • Conduct cold calls and send outbound emails
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Provide market and customer feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • First experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or tech
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling rejection
  • Fluent in German (C2) and good English
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Technical affinity with tools like Slack and Notion
  • Curiosity to understand customer needs
