You'll own the first contact and grow the sales pipeline for an AI companion for nurses, backed by a $50M Series A round. You'll identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach, setting the stage for Account Executives to close deals. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential customers in healthcare
- Conduct cold calls and send outbound emails
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Provide market and customer feedback
๐ Requirements
- First experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or tech
- Confidence in cold calling and handling rejection
- Fluent in German (C2) and good English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Technical affinity with tools like Slack and Notion
- Curiosity to understand customer needs
