You'll manage complex onboarding projects for Motive's highest value customers, coordinating with the Enterprise account team to drive adoption. Your work ensures timely delivery and customer satisfaction through expert project management. This role directly impacts customer success for a leading fleet management platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain onboarding programs based on product initiatives
• Track key performance indicators for the onboarding program
• Own implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts
• Host virtual or in-person training sessions for new customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years customer-facing B2B experience
• Project management experience in trucking/logistics/fleet management
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
