You'll own and evolve our Zendesk and Customer Success platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll translate business needs into scalable system configurations and serve as the bridge between support, CS, and operations.   • Own Zendesk implementation and configuration (routing, automations, macros).
  • Support and optimize Customer Success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst.
  • Integrate Zendesk and CS tools with CRM and internal systems.
  • Build reporting dashboards for support performance and customer health.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Zendesk administration experience.
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or Catalyst.
  • Experience integrating tools via APIs or middleware.
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
