You'll own and evolve our Zendesk and Customer Success platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll translate business needs into scalable system configurations and serve as the bridge between support, CS, and operations. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Zendesk implementation and configuration (routing, automations, macros).
- Support and optimize Customer Success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst.
- Integrate Zendesk and CS tools with CRM and internal systems.
- Build reporting dashboards for support performance and customer health.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Zendesk administration experience.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or Catalyst.
- Experience integrating tools via APIs or middleware.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Knowledge of AI-driven support features.
