Description

Work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities after school, helping them build independence through community and home-based activities like hobbies, socializing, and daily living skills.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
• Patience, empathy, and dedication

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting
• Spend time on client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Support clients in developing independence and achieving goals (budgeting, socializing, etc.)
• Attend to individual needs with dignity and respect
• Ensure client safety and well-being in home and community
