You will own the end-to-end design of the Command Center overseer experience, ensuring supervisors have the clarity and tools needed to monitor real-time truck activity safely and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and ship solutions, influence strategic direction, and establish industry-standard interaction patterns for autonomous systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience
• Portfolio showing exceptional product design and craft
• Experience designing operational tools, dashboards, or workflow systems
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Command Center overseer experience
• Identify and solve highest priority pain points for operations leads
• Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Work with engineering and product to ship solutions
• Influence strategic direction and contribute to design studio culture
