You will generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the roofing process from initial contact to signed agreement. This field-based role offers uncapped earning potential with the support of a top-tier roofing operation.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license capable of transporting a ladder
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs safely
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred; roofing sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and high level of personal accountability
