You will support M&A activities including due diligence and purchase accounting, execute month-end close processes, and drive technical accounting excellence in a global tech environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required (Big Four background strongly preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in high-tech/SaaS
• M&A experience preferred
• Strong US GAAP knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support M&A financial due diligence, working capital analysis, and risk assessment
• Participate in purchase accounting (ASC 805) including valuations and post-close adjustments
• Assist in integrating acquired entities into financial processes and controls
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close activities with accuracy
• Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions
