You'll own the full sales cycle for Mollie in the DACH market, driving revenue growth by acquiring small and medium-sized businesses. You'll take commercial ownership of your pipeline from prospecting to closing, directly expanding Mollie's merchant base and contributing to our mission of making finance effortless across Europe.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a pipeline from first outreach to live customer
  • Run high-quality outbound prospecting with a call-first approach
  • Lead discovery calls and commercial conversations
  • Close new merchants and collaborate with internal teams for onboarding

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales experience with full ownership of the sales cycle
  • At least 1 year of sales closing experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • A call-first prospecting mindset with at least 50% of pipeline self-generated
  • German language fluency (written and spoken)

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Experience with complex, consultative sales processes
