Description

You will own the financial view of Brex's existing business, partnering with post-sales teams to drive retention and growth. You'll build financial models, analyze cohort performance, and deliver insights to executive leadership to shape strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of financial experience working with GTM teams at a high-growth tech company
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven financial modeling experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with senior-level executive interaction

Responsibilities

• Own existing business revenue forecast by segment and cohort, track actuals against plan, and surface variance drivers
• Build and maintain LTV:CAC and payback period models to connect acquisition spend to customer lifetime value
• Lead financial planning for post-sales teams including target setting, capacity modeling, and budget management
• Develop cohort-level expansion and churn analysis to understand revenue drivers post-activation
• Prepare management presentations for Leadership analyzing results and forecasts
