You'll define and scale core systems for a modern insurance platform. Your work will power large-scale ML-driven claims processing and enable AI-assisted engineering workflows across the organization. You'll collaborate with engineers and product teams to drive architectural decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own backend architecture including APIs, distributed systems, and data models
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and debugging
• Design, build, test, and iterate on production systems end-to-end
• Mentor engineers and drive technical direction across the organization

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and scaling complex backend systems
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling
• Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering workflows and tooling

• Experience in SaaS or high-scale distributed systems environments
• Experience building secure, observable, fault-tolerant systems
