💼 About This Role

You'll lead a regional sales team covering ASEAN for Workato's enterprise orchestration platform. You'll drive go-to-market strategy and execution, managing enterprise and commercial account executives to exceed quota. This role offers high visibility in a key growth region with a successful platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead regional team of Enterprise and Commercial AEs managing full sales cycle.
  • Develop go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution for ASEAN.
  • Support direct customer opportunities and partner alignment.
  • Oversee daily activities and performance of account executives.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent to scale the team.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a software business in ASEAN market.
  • Experience in integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding a country/region quota.
  • Experience managing sales teams and first-line leaders.
