Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, administering medications, maintaining sterile fields, documenting clinical notes, and coordinating with providers to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Current ACLS certification
- Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed
- Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
- Experience in plastic surgery office preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (JCAHO, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Administer medications, set up sterile fields, and sterilize equipment
- Communicate with providers to coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately
- Deliver highest level of patient care and service to increase patient retention
