💼 About This Role

You'll perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding and metal pulling at one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. Your work will directly help deliver low-mileage, late-model cars to customers in top condition. This role offers a competitive wage and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding on vehicle panels
• Conduct minor metal pulling and roof/rocker panel repair
• Complete large area bodywork including Bondo repair
• Use state-of-the-art tools in a production environment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with stud welding
• ASE certification
• Previous experience in a high-volume reconditioning center
