• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new initiatives
• Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, and training
• Manage relationships for largest accounts ($1.2-1.5M ARR)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience leading others in client-facing roles
• Project management expertise in fast-paced environments
