You'll lead engagement strategy for Airbnb's Host Community Leaders, driving satisfaction and retention through communications and programs. You'll manage key channels like summits and toolkits to empower volunteer leaders and foster host-host connections. This role offers the chance to shape a globally impactful community program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and execute Community Leader engagement strategy with measurable goals
• Develop and maintain communication channels including Summits, hub, and office hours
• Own editorial calendar for global and local Leader communications
• Define and report on engagement metrics to inform strategy

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of related work experience in Consulting, Strategy, or Operations
• Track record of leading large-scale cross-functional efforts
• Experience with process management and designing efficient workflows
• Strong analytical and data skills
