• Proactively identify passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub
• Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical roles
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools
• Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates with compelling outreach
• Comfortable navigating cultural nuances across EMEA markets
