Description

You will own the technical execution of a new cloud product from the ground up, working closely with the VP Strategy to shape vision, architecture, and delivery. You'll build and lead a high-autonomy team of engineers, contribute code, and ensure the platform meets security and compliance standards from day one.

Requirements

• Principal-level engineer with ability to operate like a founder in early product environment
• Experience building and shipping complex infrastructure products (cloud platforms, managed database services, developer tooling)
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and open-source technologies
• Experience with bare metal orchestration, storage systems, or European infrastructure providers is a strong plus
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for a new cloud product
• Make build, buy, and partner decisions across the stack
• Design architecture supporting a bold long-term vision
• Build and lead a high-performance engineering team
• Contribute code and operate with disciplined scoping and prioritization
• Ensure platform meets security, compliance, and certification requirements
• Partner with go-to-market, policy, and design leads
• Engage with early design-partner customers to validate requirements
