You'll support Licensed Colorists and Shift Leads to provide a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Your work ensures guests find the perfect color and receive flawless service. This role includes training for promotion to Licensed Colorist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services
• Assist in finishing services and product application
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and retail targets
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company protocols

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

• Salon or beauty industry experience
• Fluency in English
