🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead live chat and demo conversations to qualify and convert leads
• Create sales pipeline through chat queues and PQL emails
• Maintain feedback loops by documenting product insights and improvements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a sales or solutions engineering role
• Ability to work a high-velocity live chat queue for prolonged periods
• Advanced English communication skills for cross-cultural interactions
• Experience using AI tools to drive workflow efficiency
