💼 About This Role

You'll lead marketing at an AI automation platform used by enterprise teams at companies like Gusto and Shopify. You'll own positioning, acquisition experiments, and PLG growth loops with a large budget and full autonomy. This is a green-field role where you'll shape the marketing org and drive real production use cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead content strategy across blog, social media, and product launches
• Launch and iterate paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels
• Distill technical features into crisp value props and direct copy
• Own PLG growth loops and drive conversion metrics

📋 Requirements

• Thrives in high-intensity startup environments
• Shipped measurable growth wins for a PLG SaaS or dev-tool product
• Full-stack marketer able to run end-to-end experiments
• Experience bringing a PLG product upmarket to enterprise
