You'll lead SAP HCM payroll (PY) migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA, analyzing impacts and ensuring correct payroll execution. You'll support testing and validation in a multicultural environment. This fully remote role offers growth in a digital acceleration company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects focused on payroll.
• Analyze functional impacts and propose payroll process adjustments.
• Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, and FI integration.
• Execute and accompany payroll unit, integration, and UAT testing.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as SAP HCM consultant focused on payroll (PY).
• Participation in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Knowledge in impact analysis and payroll process adaptation.
• Experience with payroll testing and historical data validation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor legislation in Dominican Republic, Panama, or Costa Rica.
• Experience in payroll localizations and legal compliance in those countries.
