You'll serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. You'll ensure specimen integrity and maintain quality results in a clinical setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Track collected specimens and maintain daily tallies.
• Maintain quality control logs and report needed changes.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
• Ability to adhere to hospital standards and regulations

• BS/BA degree
• Experience with FedEx or Medspeed courier scheduling
• Billing and patient follow-up experience
