Description

You will lead site development projects from feasibility through construction, including grading, drainage, foundations, and permitting. You'll move between CAD work and on-site inspections to ensure projects meet engineering specs and codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
• License strongly preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 5-8 years experience in land development, industrial construction, or data center infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar BIM software
• Strong understanding of hydrology, soil mechanics, and reinforced concrete design

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility routing, and structural foundations
• Conduct site assessments, geotechnical reviews, and environmental impact studies
• Navigate local zoning laws and building codes; manage permitting process
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets; manage sub-contractors and vendors
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with specifications and safety standards
