🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify skill gaps through field observation.
• Train sales teams during onboarding and beyond.
• Design training programs on sales, insurance, and products.
• Build training assets using internal experts.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales enablement or sales role
• Fluency in French and English (required)
• Strong project management and stakeholder skills
• KPI-driven mindset with business acumen
