You'll lead a team of ClayDRs and shape the outbound motion at Clay, a high-growth AI company. As a player-coach, you'll drive pipeline generation and develop your people through real-time coaching and creative prospecting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Run call reviews and join live calls to coach in real time.
• Own pipeline generation and qualification for outbound and inbound.
• Represent the ClayDR function to sales leadership.
• Define progression paths and invest in rep growth.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM roles
• 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams
• Proven coaching by doing experience
• Credibility with sales leadership on pipeline and performance
