Description
In this role, you will partner with existing Nextiva SMB customers to uncover opportunities for growth, deliver value-focused demos, and drive upsell and cross-sell revenue. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from proactive outreach to closing, using Salesforce to manage your pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue or activity-based performance goals
- Strong communication skills with advanced English fluency
- Comfortable with outbound engagement and proactive customer communication
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell within existing SMB customer base
- Proactively engage customers via calls, email, SMS to uncover opportunities
- Lead discovery to understand business challenges and align solutions
- Deliver value-focused demos showcasing how solutions solve specific problems
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up using Salesforce
