You'll join the Custody team at Anchorage Digital, building secure custodial services for digital assets. Your work will enable institutions to seamlessly move, store, and interact with crypto and traditional banking rails. This role focuses on backend engineering for a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, and implementation of Custody systems.
• Write, review, test, and document code according to engineering standards.
• Drive medium-to-large cross-functional projects independently.
• Foster an efficient deterministic testing culture.

📋 Requirements

• Real world experience building distributed systems.
• Strong software engineering skills (no specific language/framework required).
• Genuine care about code quality and test infrastructure.
• Computer science fundamentals: concurrency, algorithms, data structures.

• Experience with applied cryptography.
• GraphQL or gRPC API design experience.
