You'll be the primary contact for end users of interactive response technology (IRT) systems in the life sciences industry. You'll ensure timely resolution of queries and support client services, contributing to clinical trial success. This role offers remote flexibility within a specialized field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and technical support for IRT systems
• Assist users with access issues and login support
• Log and track incoming queries in internal tracking system
• Execute SQL data scripts for database updates and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a user-facing technical support role
• Experience with SQL databases
• Adept communicator able to guide non-technical users
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and troubleshoot independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the life science industry
• Previous work in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with IVR, web, or mobile platforms
