Description

You will provide legal oversight for U.S. government contracts, supporting proposals, procurement, data rights, and compliance. You'll drive customer growth, manage acquisitions, and handle licensing, IP, and litigation. This role requires navigating complex procurement rules to help deploy advanced defense technology.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with US Government contracts (law firm or in-house preferred)
• Solid understanding of government procurement process, data rights, contract vehicles
• Judgment and initiative to own multiple projects end-to-end
• Strong communication, writing, interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in CA or DC; must be a U.S. Person

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the dynamic Legal Team
• Drive customer growth by executing new and existing government contracts
• Assist in strategy development for new business
• Manage relationships with Government procurement office representatives
• Provide legal counsel for the entire acquisitions lifecycle
