You'll lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients on complex M&A transactions. Your core impact will be providing critical insights into financial performance and risks to drive informed decision-making. You'll also shape negotiation-ready reports and mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Own final deliverable quality and executive summary messaging
• Manage multiple engagement teams and client relationships
• Review SPA documentation and advise on deal mechanics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in audit or financial due diligence
• 6+ years of current Financial Due Diligence experience with buy-side and sell-side
• Proven experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA, CFA or advanced degree
• Experience with data and analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx)
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
