💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary advisor for nursing students in a fully-accredited online RN-to-BSN program, helping them stay on track academically and navigate challenges. You'll build strong relationships and proactively intervene with at-risk students to improve outcomes. This fully remote, part-time role offers the chance to make a direct impact on student success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary advisor for a cohort of nursing students from onboarding to graduation
• Build strong relationships to drive engagement, retention, and program completion
• Proactively identify at-risk students and intervene early
• Provide 1:1 coaching on study skills, time management, and clinical readiness

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active RN license
• BSN degree
• Experience in teaching, academic advising, or clinical education
• Availability to work 20 hours per week including evenings/weekends

• Experience with online learning platforms and LMS
• Background in student support or coaching
