You'll develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes for aerospace applications in a fast-paced production environment. You'll translate engineering requirements into robust work instructions and tooling concepts, collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes (layup, cure, bonding, machining, assembly).
• Translate engineering requirements into work instructions and tooling concepts.
• Conduct process development trials and root cause analysis for non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, yield, and automation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in composites manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace.
• Hands-on expertise with prepreg layup, resin infusion, autoclave/oven cure, bonding, and NDI.
• Knowledge of composite materials, resin systems, and structural adhesives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) and PLM/ERP systems.
• Experience with NADCAP or other aerospace quality standards.
