You'll immerse in BRICK's holistic education model, mentoring under seasoned leaders to inspire students and staff. You'll develop skills to become a Founding Principal, leading academic, cultural, and operational goals for a K-8 school. This role offers a clear pathway to principalship within a supportive network focused on racial and economic justice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Director of Operations to achieve academic, cultural, and operational goals.
• Lead professional development sessions using high-leverage adult learning practices.
• Manage instructional leadership team and teacher cohort.
• Train teachers on lesson internalization, adjustment, and strategic interventions.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of teaching experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Google Documents and Google Sheets.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience leading or supporting charter school operations.
• Experience supporting students and families in Newark or similar location.
• Willingness to travel for professional development sessions.
