  • Negotiate competitive transportation rates and prepare accurate quotes
  • Manage load boards and match available freight with carrier capacity
  • Process orders and updates via phone, email, and digital systems

  • 3-4 years of experience in brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics coordination
  • College degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of North American geography and freight lanes
