- Build and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships across multiple geographies
- Source and secure carrier capacity to support customer freight needs
- Negotiate competitive transportation rates and prepare accurate quotes
- Manage load boards and match available freight with carrier capacity
- Process orders and updates via phone, email, and digital systems
๐ Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics coordination
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of North American geography and freight lanes
