🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical expertise for new project trials at vendor and factory partners
• Lead and manage technical aspects of Process Flow Chart for manufacturing transition
• Collaborate with development and production teams to evaluate new product readiness
• Drive implementation of new processes and technologies into production

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years footwear manufacturing experience
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Expert knowledge of test methods for materials and components

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tier 1, 2, and 3 vendor management
• Knowledge of bottom unit compound processing and testing
• Understanding of Designed Experiments and Lean manufacturing
