๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead experiential strategy for innovative brands across beauty, food & beverage, and consumer tech. You will oversee client relationships, drive creative concepts, and develop a team of Producers and Directors. This role offers the opportunity to shape breakthrough campaigns like the OLAY Bryant Park activation or Jack in the Box Halloween event.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead experiential strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of clients.
- Concept standout experiences that drive social conversation and earned media coverage.
- Oversee experiential execution across integrated campaigns.
- Develop and manage a team of Producers, Senior Producers, and Directors.
- Drive new business through RFP responses, proposals, and client expansion.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experiential marketing experience (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record managing pop-ups, conferences, product launches, and mobile activations.
- Strong network of production partners, vendors, venues, and media relationships.
- Experience in strategy, creative, production, and client service roles.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with integrated campaigns including influencer marketing, earned media, and paid media.
- Familiarity with permit requirements in major US markets.
- Experience in beauty, food & beverage, or consumer tech industries.
