You'll deliver rigorous instruction in Humanities or STEM, building a classroom culture of excellence and high expectations. You'll partner with families through annual home visits and ongoing communication, driving student success. You'll receive weekly coaching and real-time feedback to continually grow your practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver rigorous instruction using Rocketship's curriculum, adapting to meet student needs.
• Analyze student data regularly to guide planning and instruction.
• Partner with families through consistent communication and home visits.
• Support the whole child through SEL lessons and partnership with Wellness team.

📋 Requirements

• Hold a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid Multiple Subject Teaching credential or eligibility for a PIP or STSP.
• Active CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or willingness to complete it prior to start).
