As a Disputes Jr. Analyst at Plata Card, you will resolve disputes related to fraudulent activity or product/service issues through thorough investigation and analysis, ensuring transaction integrity and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to process improvement in a dynamic, growth-stage banking environment.

Requirements

• Strong interest in claims resolution, financial investigation, or fraud prevention
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong soft skills: teamwork, communication, adaptability, proactivity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Desirable: SQL programming experience, intermediate Excel

Responsibilities

• Resolve disputes related to fraud or transaction issues following chargeback guidelines
• Investigate claims, collect and analyze evidence, and determine validity
• Communicate with affected customers and stakeholders, providing updates
• Collaborate with fraud, legal, and compliance teams for coordinated response
• Identify trends and propose improvements to dispute and fraud prevention processes
