🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Create engaging training courses for manufacturing teams
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion continuous improvement strategies (lean, 5S, Kaizen)

📋 Requirements

• Manufacturing experience in a high-speed environment
• 3+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
• Lean principles knowledge (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Food manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with IWS or TPM operational principles
• Facilitation skills
