💼 About This Role

You'll own product legal strategy for Skydio's autonomous drone products, partnering with engineering and business teams to turn legal challenges into competitive advantages. You'll work across privacy, IP, compliance, and commercial transactions to accelerate innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product legal strategy across all products
• Serve as primary legal counsel for product and engineering teams
• Build relationships across the org from engineers to execs
• Create processes to automate and encourage self-service

📋 Requirements

• JD and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 6+ years of in-house experience as product counsel
• Experience with both hardware and software products
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

• Experience with international, federal, state and local government customers
• Experience with autonomous systems or robotics
