You'll serve as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner for Talkdesk's largest customers, driving advanced product adoption and complex technical initiatives. You'll bridge customer stakeholders with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and successful product utilization, while also assuming CRM responsibilities for long-term customer success.

- Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts
- Lead complex onboarding and platform optimization
- Define solution scope and technical roadmap
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 7-10+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success in SaaS
- Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprise customers
- Experience with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms
- Executive-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders

- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Contact center or CPaaS experience
