• Translate complex business demands into clear requirements
• Support engineering team with refinements and functional validations
• Identify operational risks and dependencies before implementation
• Facilitate communication between areas to reduce rework

📋 Requirements

• Analytical profile with systemic vision
• Experience with regulatory environments and financial products like Pix
• Knowledge of REST APIs, messaging, and system integrations
• Experience with observability tools like New Relic or Grafana

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and Kafka
