🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing patient assessments

• Provide skilled occupational therapy modalities
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR card

• 2 years home care experience for supervising COTAs
• 1 year supervisory experience
