💼 About This Role

You'll join the SRE team building and owning production infrastructure for Relay's digital banking platform, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You'll drive reliability, security, and observability initiatives to empower self-made business owners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Review infrastructure changes and triage security issues
• Build monitoring systems for infrastructure health
• Partner with product teams to balance features and reliability

📋 Requirements

• Experience as an SRE with AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
• Experience owning observability initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing databases like Aurora RDS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
• Strong security and operations mindset, ready for on-call

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech/regulatory experience (SOC2 or PCI)
• Experience driving large reliability initiatives across a company
• Experience in a fintech startup at early stages
