Description

You will lead a maintenance team to ensure the community is well-maintained, apartments are move-in ready, and systems like HVAC and plumbing run smoothly. This role focuses on team development, vendor management, and proactive problem-solving to create a welcoming living environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• EPA certification required
• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily work of maintenance team
• Manage capital improvement projects including bids and oversight
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and ensure move-in readiness
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and maintained
