💼 About This Role

You'll own organic social media and email marketing while supporting SEO and CRM operations. You'll build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch, reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager. This role offers fully remote work and the chance to shape strategies from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute organic social media calendar across all platforms
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO with metadata and keyword tracking
• Coordinate content production with freelance writer
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing segmentation and automation
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and data-informed decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Asana
