You'll oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for semiconductor construction projects in North Phoenix, AZ. Your work ensures installations meet project specifications and quality standards on one of the most advanced manufacturing sites in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee quality assurance for semiconductor basebuild construction activities
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with specifications and codes
• Support quality programs for CSA, mechanical, electrical, and cleanroom systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors, construction management, and owner representatives

📋 Requirements

• 8-15 years of construction quality experience on semiconductor or industrial projects
• Experience with cleanrooms, high purity environments, or complex MEP systems
• Working knowledge of ASME, NFPA, IBC and industry quality standards
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and inspection test plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, or ACC
