🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish governance frameworks for operational consistency at scale
• Define, document, and maintain SOPs and operational standards
• Design and implement quality assurance programs and audits
• Lead structured rollouts of new processes and ensure adoption

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in operations governance, quality, or service assurance
• Experience defining SOPs and operational standards
• Proven experience with quality assurance and audit frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or ISO standards
• Experience in multi-country or complex operational environments
